You can use the fresh juice itself. Massage aloe Vera gel over the scalp, leave it for about one hour. After this rinse the hair with warm water. It gives excellent results for hair loss if one uses this massage at least 3-4 times a week. Check outhttp://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

If you go to your pharmacy you can purchase aloe vera extract, its a bottle of pure aloe vera with added minerals/vitimins, read back and bingo..
Normally i would reccomend you wash hair a few times to get rid of minerals and then replace with fresh minerals, also drink a cup of milk every morning and drink more orange and/or eat fruit

Unless you actually start to see bald spots on your head, I don't think you have to worry. It's common to lose a lot of hair in the shower. I do. It's just really annoying.
EDIT- Then maybe you should check with your doctor and get a professional opinion because I'm not really sure. It makes sense that you would be able to see your scalp if your hair is thin, but it never hurts to check with the doctor just in case.

I know, I know, you put a lot of value in your looks and hair is very important to you. However... (and you knew that was coming) be very careful. A friend of mine has to travel about 100 miles one way every month for treatments to keep his plants, or whatever, growing. And remember there are about 200,000 Marines with a thick full head of hair and they shave it.

Hair loss can be anything from a reduction in volume and thinning in the front to clumps of hair falling out at alarming rates. Whatever the problem is, diagnosis is necessary to get proper treatment for hair loss. Sometimes the hair loss is due to medical problems. Other times it may be just be the overuse of strong chemicals that is causing the hair loss. Either way, natural hair loss treatment is a treatment used by many people successfully.
Just as with the rest of your body, you can nourish your scalp and hair with a healthy diet. The correct foods has the ability to alleviate a number of health issues, Food such as fish, vegetables and eggs which are rich in iron, zinc, calcium and silica are just great for your hair and is oveall, a healthier approach to solving a hair loss problem.
Finding the reason for your hair loss is solving half the problem. After that appropriate maintenance and preventive action should be taken. Simple things to consider might be when brushing your hair, use a natural bristle brush and never brush when your hair is wet. Use a wide tooth comb only to gently untangle, otherwise, you're literally pulling your hair out by the roots.
A good head massage once in a week is a good way to stimulate blood flow into your head. Make sure you get a good 8 hours worth of sleep everyday and avoid stress. Take care of your hair like your face and body. By including good habits into your lifestyle, you hair will be shining and growing happily soon. Wash your hair after immediately after a swim and avoid wearing hats for extended periods as your scalp also needs to breathe.
What should you stay away from? Harmful hair dryers, sprays, styling gels and strong shampoos. All these contain harmful chemicals that could cause more harm to your hair. What are the options? Go organic, use products made from natural products. These are available widely now. Instead of hair dryers, leave your hair to dry naturally. We are continually damaging our hair by smoking, consuming alcohol, sodas and eating the wrong foods and foregoing exercising. Get active and drink 8 glasses of water daily. Have a hair cut or trim every couple of months to keep your hair healthy.
These days, there are specially formulated hair and nail supplements made with natural ingredients with no side effects. If you prefer natural hair loss treatments, you could try the herbal products available in health & wellness markets. Holistic aromatherapy and natural therapies offered by professionals are also an alternative. While it is not a natural product, just as common now is to use Minoxidil which helps hair to grow. Many use it and has been around for many years now. One known downside is that hair loss ceases once use of the product is discontinued. There are also a number of harmful side effects associated with Minoxidil.
Be it heredity or a medical diagnosis, hair loss is an uncomfortable ailment. Natural hair loss treatments can be tried by almost anyone. They are generally safe as long as they are used as directed. Of course if you have known allergies to herbal products, then, your options are limited, but in general, they are a smart alternative to expensive hair regrowth treatments such as hair transplantation or laser treatment.
BTW, it's an open secret that low thyroid functionalities can lead to hair loss 98% of the time; so it's good to improve your thyroid's health level by supplementing with some natural remedies too. Please see below for which one to get for your purpose.
Hope all this helps you a bit...

Yes, hairloss is a symptom of hypothyroidism. Some even experience more hairloss with Synthroid, then others have the hairloss stop with Synthroid. If the hairloss continues once on thyroid meds, it can indicate the need for T3. Getting free t3 tested can tell. Basically you want free t3 level above midrange.
I had thinning hair at the temples and even lost the outer portion of my eyebrows. Since switching to Amour, the thining hair has stopped and most of what I had lost has grown back, My eyebrows are full again also.
